Claire Greaves is the Founder and Director of Humanitex. Claire holds a PhD and Master’s in Organisational Psychology and is a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist (CIEHF). Her academic and professional credentials underpin a career dedicated to improving safety, performance and inclusion in complex environments.

With over a decade of experience in safety-critical sectors, Claire has led change programs that enhance safety, performance and customer experience across major projects and large organisations. She works with senior leaders to solve complex challenges by aligning culture, technology and the way work gets done.

Her multi-disciplinary approach combines organisational psychology, systems thinking and inclusive service design to diagnose capability gaps, redesign operating models and embed sustainable change. Known for her strategic foresight and delivery focus, Claire enables organisations to adopt new ways of working, uplift capability and achieve outcomes that last.
